Acada Studio - This is a family business, founded by daughter Kamilė and mother Aistė, who has been managing our factory for over 20 years and is involved in the knitting business. We manufacture all our products in our own factory using only the highest quality Italian threads with OEKO-TEX® and many other certificates.
Our main yarn supplier has been committed to sustainability from the start, paying particular attention to production processes and the use of natural resources. Their approach to environmental protection is reflected in every stage of production, starting with the selection of raw materials and ending with logistics.
All processes in the manufacturing facilities of the yarns we use are strictly regulated to protect human health and the environment. They aim to reduce environmental impact below what is required by law by using only the safest chemicals.
The factory where we make all our products meets all sustainability requirements, and the production takes place in small batches. We start new production only after selling the previous collection, thus avoiding excess production and "dead stock". All the waste and scraps of fabric that remain after production, throughout the life of the factory, we take them to be given away to be made into carpets, thus contributing to waste reduction.
I, Camille, spent many of my childhood years in this factory, watching my mother create a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Our employees are the backbone of our business, and we pay special attention to their well-being, fair remuneration and a pleasant working environment. Many of our employees have been with us since the inception of the mill and their contributions are invaluable.
