We ship all order from Lithuania (EU) within 1-3 business days
Free shipping by post for orders over 250 EUR
Shipping within EU countries
DHL Express: 1-3 business days
Registered post: 5-7 business days
Shipping to Norway, UK & Switzerland
DHL Express: 1-3 business days
Registered post: 5-7 business days
Shipping to the rest of the world (outside EU)
DHL Express: 2-7 business days
Registered post: 10-15 business days
Taxes & duties
If you are shopping from any non-EU countries like Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA or Canada, duties and taxes are not included and additional charges may apply upon delivery.
Returns
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you decide to return an item, please contact support@acadastudio.com with your order number
The buyer pays the return shipping costs for returned goods.
The buyer will only be refunded the amount paid for the item.
Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to our warehouse.
A return is possible if the item:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its marketable appearance (no stains of makeup or anything else)
- The item is returned in its original, neat packaging, in the same condition as received.
- Not made to order.
Additional information
Please note, that if after placing an order the buyer wishes to cancel it, the payment transaction fee paid by the seller when the order is placed (1.8% of the order amount) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
If the buyer wants to cancel the order after it has already been delivered to the specified address, but the buyer did not collect it and the order was returned, the shipping and return costs will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
If 3 or more items from a single order are returned, the payment transaction fee paid by the seller when the order is placed (1.8% of the returned items’ value) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
