All your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

If you need very urgent delivery in Lithuania or same-day pickup in Vilnius, contact us at info@acadastudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

You can return or exchange a faulty item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We offer free exchanges if you want to change the size or try a different product.

If you decide to exchange or return an item, please contact us by email. info@acadastudio.com.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of returned goods. Only the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the buyer.

A return/exchange is possible if the item:

It is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its marketable appearance.
The item is returned in its original, neat packaging, in the same condition as received.
Not made to order.
