All your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Shipments are shipped from Lithuania, Europe. The buyer is responsible for all import or customs taxes, if any, applicable in the country to which the shipment is being shipped.

If you need very urgent delivery in Lithuania or same-day pickup in Vilnius, contact us at info@acadastudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

Return

You can return or exchange a faulty item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We offer free exchanges in Lithuania if you want to change the size or try a different product.

If you decide to exchange or return an item, please contact us by email. info@acadastudio.com.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of returned goods. Only the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the buyer.

A return/exchange is possible if the item:

• It is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its marketable appearance.
• The item is returned in its original, neat packaging, in the same condition as received.
• Not made to order.
