Shipping

All your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Shipments are shipped from Lithuania, Europe. The buyer is responsible for all import or customs taxes, if any, applicable in the country to which the shipment is being shipped.

If you need very urgent delivery in Lithuania or same-day pickup in Vilnius, contact us at support@acadastudio.com and we will do our best to help you.

Return

You can return or exchange a faulty item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

We offer free exchanges in Lithuania if you want to change the size or try a different product.

If you decide to exchange or return an item, please contact support@acadastudio.com.

The buyer pays the return shipping costs for returned goods.

The buyer will only be refunded the amount paid for the item.

If the buyer wants to return the item after using the free exchange service, the exchange costs via the parcel machine (4.50 EUR) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

A return/exchange is possible if the item:

• It is unused, undamaged, and has not lost its marketable appearance.
• The item is returned in its original, neat packaging, in the same condition as received.
• Not made to order.
